Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Art lessons in line with the national curriculum and departmental schemes of work.Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 if applicable).Encourage creativity and independent thinking through a range of artistic techniques and media.Develop and maintain a stimulating classroom and studio environment that celebrates student work.Prepare students for GCSE and/or A-Level examinations, including assessment, feedback, and moderation.Organise and contribute to art exhibitions, displays, and enrichment activities.Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL.Keep accurate records of pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.Work collaboratively with colleagues across the department and wider school.Uphold the school''s safeguarding, behaviour and equal opportunities policies.Essential RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related discipline.Strong subject knowledge, including practical skills and art history.Ability to inspire and engage students with diverse interests and abilities.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. ..... full job details .....
