Responsibilities
As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of Princess Louise of Kensington, leading a team of care professionals and delivering the highest standards of care to residents. You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families, and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success. You will work with the team to provide personalised care in line with individual care plans, ensure leisure and social activities are integrated into daily life, and promote a positive, supportive environment for residents and colleagues.Key responsibilities include:Lead and develop the home team; manage daily operations and ensure compliance with care standards.Maintain strong relationships with residents, families and staff to support high-quality care delivery.Embed safeguarding, quality improvements and person-centred care in all activities.Ensure alignment with individual care plans and regulatory requirements.

QualificationsYou will have previous experience in a nursing setting, along with strong operational management experience and hold a valid NMC Pin. A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
