As a Sytner Retail Manager, you ll be right at the heart of the business. You ll lead and grow all aspects of the Finance department, sit at the core of every sales enquiry, drive add-on penetration, and work closely with the sales team to maximise performance while delivering the very highest retail standards. Doing the right thing comes as standard. You ll ensure every customer clearly understands the commitments they re entering into, always acting with integrity, transparency, and a genuine focus on treating customers fairly. Working alongside the wider Management Team, you ll also take ownership of our Sales-into-Service (VIP Express) and BMW / MINI renewal programmes, actively identifying incremental sales opportunities and supporting stock acquisition to keep the business moving forward. Our Retail Managers work a range of flexible shift patterns, typically including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service whenever they visit us.
