Full Stack Developer (React/.NET Core) Location: Essex (2 days onsite) Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 A fast-growing software company are looking to add a full stack developer with a passion for Front End polish to their 10-strong development team. With nine new hires this year already, it''s an ambitious environment where your work will have a direct impact. The Role Build modern, user-facing applications using React, JavaScript, and CSS ensuring interfaces look as good as they run. Develop Back End services with C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to refine user experiences. Contribute to code quality, performance, and secure development practices (OWASP). Mentor junior developers and help shape Front End standards. What We''re Looking For Strong experience with React, JavaScript, and CSS, with an eye for UI/UX detail. Proven Back End skills in C#, .NET Core, MVC, and REST APIs. Track record of delivering polished, secure, production-ready applications. Degree in Computer Science (or related field). 4-8 years'' commercial development experience. Clear communicator and team player. What''s on Offer Salary £50-70k depending on experience.
