This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a relatively new division that launched in June 2025. As a key player in the firm''s Transaction Services (TS) team, the successful candidate will help shape the direction and development of the department, working on high-profile MandA transactions and financial due diligence projects. The London office, currently made up of approximately 15 staff, is looking to expand its TS team, which will grow from 4 to 8 people by the end of the year. The firm values strong team collaboration and strives to get its team members involved in company events, with travel expenses paid for those attending events at the Manchester office. The role will provide the opportunity to grow your external client portfolio, deepen your sector knowledge, and gain valuable experience working on both sell-side and buy-side transactions.
