We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist on a permanent basis to join a small, supportive People Partnering team based in central London. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will manage a varied employee relations caseload and act as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR colleagues. You''ll tailor your advice thoughtfully to the cultures of our various sites while ensuring decisions remain aligned with policy and employment law. You''ll work with a high degree of autonomy, using your judgement to navigate sensitive and complex matters, while still benefiting from the guidance and support of a Senior People Partner and a collaborative team dedicated to your professional development.
