The HRBP will provide guidance on complex employee relations, change management, talent development, workforce planning, and reward initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practice. Key Responsibilities: Business Partnership and Leadership Support- Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders, providing insight and guidance on people-related matters. - Partner with managers to develop high-performing teams through coaching, support, and constructive challenge. - Use workforce data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing practical recommendations. - Contribute to the development and delivery of people strategies aligned with wider organisational objectives.
