We are working with a growing, design-focused structural engineering consultancy in Southwest London who are seeking a talented Structural Engineer with around 3 to 4 years'' experience to join its team.

The practice has developed a strong reputation for creative engineering and the delivery of efficient, practical structural solutions across a diverse range of sectors.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer who recognises the advantages of working within a smaller consultancy, where individuals are given real responsibility, broad project exposure and the chance to contribute directly to design and decision-making. The position would suit someone who is chartered or working towards chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers or the Institution of Structural Engineers.

The successful candidate will be involved in the detailed design and delivery of projects across hospitality, education, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors, including work on complex refurbishments and historic buildings. Responsibilities will include structural calculations and design, attend client meetings and site visits, and collaborating closely with a skilled and supportive team.

Applicants should have strong structural design experience and be proficient with industry software such as TEDDS, Tekla Building Designer and MasterSeries. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
