Key Responsibilities Lead and support clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practice standards. Analyse clinical data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed a culture of safety and learning. Facilitate audits, incident reviews, and policy development. Requirements A clinical qualification (e.g., RN, RGN, ODP) with valid NMC or HCPC registration. Proven experience in clinical governance, risk, and quality improvement. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practice standards. Detail-focused with excellent data analysis and change management skills. Qualification or training in Quality Improvement (QI) or Project Management. Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.
