This will be a high-volume, wet-led venue renowned for its buzzing atmosphere and exceptional Mediterranean-inspired small plates.This Head Chef role is perfect for a creative, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and wants full autonomy over a dynamic kitchen. Lead a brigade of 7/8 chefsHours:
48-hour contract, 7-day operation (kitchen closes at 10 PM)Scope:
80% hands-on, with full PandL and menu controlThe Ideal Head Chef:A proven Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step upExperience in high-volume, quality-focused kitchensCreative with a passion for Mediterranean flavours and seasonal produceA natural, hands-on leader who can motivate and develop a teamCommercially astute, with an understanding of GP and kitchen managementWhy Apply?Salary:
