Key duties include:Answer all incoming calls efficiently and professionally, responding to customer enquiries appropriately.Respond to customer enquiries and provide information about product and services.Deal with any customer complaints efficiently and in an empathetic manner.Assist with welcome calls for new customers and create new customer accounts.Process telephone and mailbox orders accurately and in a timely manner.Generate sales order print runs for warehouse picking and packing.Liaise with delivery couriers to resolve delivery queries / obtain proof of deliveries where necessary.Generate and produce sales invoices and credit notes; posting and filing of invoices.Carry out additional duties requested by a member of the management team, as the requirements of the business demand.About YouPrevious experience within a customer service/administrator/order processing role.High standard of accuracy.Ability to perform well in a busy office environment.Reliable with a ..... full job details .....
