We are currently seeking a Temporary Driver to operate a 3.5-tonne open-back truck. This role is ideal for someone with a valid C1 licence who is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable driving in various environments.

Role Details:

• Position: Temporary Driver

• Vehicle: 3.5-tonne open-back truck

• Licence Requirement: Valid C1 licence

• Start Date: Mid September

• Duration: Temporary (exact period to be discussed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 3.5-tonne open-back truck

• Load and unload goods as required

• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any issues

• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided

• Ensure all driving is in line with road safety and company policies

Requirements:

• Valid clean C1 driving licence (essential)

• Previous experience driving similar-sized vehicles essential

• Good communication and timekeeping skills

• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading

• You must be over 25 years old for insurance reasons.

The hours of work are 6.00am -2.30pm Monday to Friday.
