Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.Toolmaker Duties, with a Design Focus:Take a lead role in the design and development of production tooling and fixturesSupport engineering projects from concept through to completionCreate technical drawings, parts lists, and instructions for production useManufacture and test tooling using traditional toolroom/workshop machineryDevelop and run product testing, analyse results, and assess reliabilityMaintain detailed documentation and provide updates to senior managementWork within ISO quality and regulatory standardsAttend occasional UK/international travel for project-related workParticipate in relevant training courses to support your transition into designWho are we looking for?We''re interested in two types of candidates:A Toolmaker with little to no design experience who is eager to step into a Mechanical Design Engineer role ..... full job details .....
