Key Responsibilities: Provide expert HR advice and support to managers on a range of topics, including disciplinary, capability, and absence management Develop and maintain HR policies to ensure alignment with current employment legislation Advise staff and line managers on HR best practices and employment law Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Deliver day-to-day operational and administrative HR support Maintain and analyse absence data to support payroll and reporting Utilise the ADP HR system for data input and reporting Contribute to HR projects as required What We re Looking For: Previous experience in a generalist HR advisory role CIPD qualified or working towards (equivalent experience will also be considered) Confident in using HR systems and reporting tools Solid knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations Strong communication skills and the ability ..... full job details .....
