Office Administrator

Overview
We are seeking to recruit a professional office administrator to join our administration team on a part time basis. We are looking for someone who has come from a similar background who has experience of working in a busy office environment and shows proficiency in the following areas:Responsibilities
Filing, scanning / archiving documents.Logging data using Microsoft Excel - essentialCreating newslettersTimesheets (collating timesheets / submissions / chasing)Recruitment (collating information, checking on candidates'' progression)Generating analysis from data provided.Respond to emails in a timely mannerAnswer and transferring calls professionally.General office duties as and when requiredQualifications
Experience within the administration departmentExcellent attention to detailOrganised and well presentedProfessional attitudeUse own initiativeExcellent communication skillsExcellent IT skills including Word, Excel and MS Office
