This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Conveyancer to join a highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team. The successful candidate will:Handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.Manage transactions from inception through to completion.Deliver clear and practical advice to clients, ensuring excellent client care throughout.Work with the support of a state-of-the-art case management system, as well as dedicated new business and post-completion teams.Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the department through strong teamwork and client service.You

The ideal candidate will have:Experience as a fee earner, managing their own residential conveyancing caseload.Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and compliance requirements.Excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a busy environment.Enthusiasm for business development and building strong client relationships.Do you want to join a supportive, award-winning team where your career progression is taken seriously?
