We are looking for Guest Experience Assistant to join our team at Buckingham and Lloyds - Luxury Apartments across Kensington, Knightsbridge and Cannes.Key responsibilities:Process reservations, payments, and extensionsServe as the primary contact for guests, providing personalised service and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.Manage virtual self-check-ins, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures for all guests.Handle guest enquiries and special requests with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to enhance the guest experience.Coordinate concierge services, including transportation, restaurant bookings, and babysitting, to meet guest needs.Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issuesefficientlyHandle administrative tasks, including operational reportsRequirements:Proven background in a customer-facing role, ideally in a hotel or similar hospitality venue.Flexibility with working hoursExceptional administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail.Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.Experience with RMS is beneficial however full training will be given.Highly social, motivated, and proactive; professionalism and positivity in all interactions.Benefits:Holiday entitlementUse of onsite Gym and SaunaAccess to partner perks and benefitsSpecifics:Basedonsite( HPG/ Knightsbridge)10am-6pm, Weekends and Bank holidays£13-15 per hour ( depending on experience)
