We are working with an ambitious and fast-growing brand based in Camden, London, who are looking for an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment during a period of growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal postings, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
* Ensure accuracy and integrity across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements for multiple entities
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate accounting records in line with company standards
* Support the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and ensure documentation is audit-ready
* Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts
* Coordinate external audit processes and respond to auditor queries
* Ensure full compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures
* Drive process documentation and lead continuous improvement initiatives within finance operations
* Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes
* Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, assign tasks, and review team outputs
* Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development support to finance team members
* Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, including payment runs and cash postings
* Support tax compliance activities, including VAT submissions and payroll reconciliations
* Maintain and update cost centres, GL codes, and system access in a timely manner

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with month-end close processes
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* A proactive and hands-on approach, ideally from a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
* Strong communication skills and the ability to support and lead a small finance team
