Engineering Manager - Preston

Salary up to -60k

Exciting opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join an FMCG manufacturing site in Preston. You''ll lead a small, hands-on engineering team, reporting directly to key stakeholders, and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the engineering team
• Perform emergency repairs to minimise downtime
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues
• Oversee PPM schedules and ensure full documentation/SOP compliance
• Support and drive CAPEX projects

Requirements:

• Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment or similar
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
