The role involves:

Business Development by promoting our specialist recruitment services to the construction industry.

Canvassing the construction market for new clients and vacancies.

Progression opportunities into Business Development Manager / Consultant roles.

Taking detailed job specifications from clients.

Daily industry research to find new opportunities.

Receiving mentorship, training, and management from a senior team member.

Maintaining our CRM system.

Joining a well-established, experienced, and successful team considered market leaders.

The ideal candidate will be:

Based within a commutable distance of Nantwich.

Driven, enthusiastic, competitive, and humorous.

Comfortable on the phone.

Capable of working at a fast pace.

Excellent in written and verbal communication.

IT literate, preferably with CRM experience.

A team player.
