This high-profile role offers international exposure and the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives through expert IFRS guidance and robust financial governance.Reporting to the Group External Reporting Director, you ll serve as a key technical resource for IFRS matters, supporting external reporting, shaping accounting policies, and collaborating across functions including Tax, Treasury, and Legal.Key Responsibilities Provide IFRS accounting advice across the Group, staying ahead of emerging standardsCoordinate with international teams on complex technical issues and challenge accounting judgementsSupport strategic projects such as acquisitions, refinancing, and restructuringDevelop and maintain IFRS policies and deliver training to global finance teamsContribute to the production of the Annual Report and Audit Committee papersAct as liaison with external auditors on complex accounting areas (e.g. share-based payments, SaaS)Review monthly Group consolidations and ensure accuracy across local teamsCollaborate cross-functionally to support governance and reporting excellence Qualifications and Experience ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification with strong IFRS expertise1-3 years post-qualification experience, ideally within a ..... full job details .....
