A growing, well established food manufacturer in Wolverhampton is looking for a hands on Packaging / Graphic Designer to take ownership of packaging artwork and wider marketing design. You ll manage packaging projects end to end, from briefs and artwork builds through to proofs, approvals, and print-ready files. What we re looking for: Adobe Creative Suite strength - InDesign is essential Confident day-to-day user of InDesign. Photoshop proficiency strongly preferred. Illustrator is a bonus. Real product packaging experience (not just general design) Experience producing product packaging artwork in a print environment. Good understanding of print processes, artwork setup, and basic pre-press. Comfortable handling proofing, amends, and supplier feedback loops. Project management and independence Able to run multiple artwork projects at once and hit deadlines. Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and keep stakeholders aligned. What you ll do Own packaging artwork creation and updates, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency. Design and amend artwork across packaging, brochures, datasheets, and sales materials. Manage artwork files, version control, approvals, and sign-off.
