You will play a key role in preparing and managing customer quotations, liaising with internal departments and suppliers, and ensuring a high level of service is always delivered.The RoleManage and process customer quotes accurately and efficiently using ABACACoordinate sample and design requests between clients and internal teamsSupport the sales team in maintaining excellent customer service standardsMaintain and update customer records and pricing detailsLiaise with production and design teams to ensure accurate order fulfilmentHandle general administrative tasks within the sales departmentThe PersonProven experience using ABACA softwareStrong understanding of quoting, sampling, and design processesPrevious experience in the corrugated cardboard industry is essentialExcellent communication and organisational skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Salary and Benefits:A generous base salary of up to £30,000 is on offer for this role.
