Baker required for Newcastle-based pizza brand. BIGA fermentation process preferred but not essential.Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and organised workstation at all times
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols in line with HACCP regulations
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation
Maintain accurate cleaning schedules and complete daily logs/checklists
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
Support prep work and deep cleaning duties as directed
Follow all health and safety protocols, including allergen and cross-contamination procedures (Level 2 Food Safety Certificate preferred)
