Lead and supervise a high-performing commercial property team, providing guidance and mentoring to support their developmentManage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial propertiesChampion business development activities, building lasting client relationships and enhancing the firm’s regional reputationQualifications

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in a commercial property roleDemonstrated leadership and team management experienceOutstanding client care and communication skills with a keen eye for detailStrong time management, organisation, and IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and case management systemsBenefits / On Offer
