Working closely with clients, designers, and the production team, you''ll ensure our proposals are both commercially viable and technically accurate. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence project success from the outset.Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates for timber frame projectsAnalyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentsLiaise with clients, architects, and contractors to clarify requirementsWork with design and production teams to ensure accurate take-offs and pricingMaintain up-to-date knowledge of material, labour, and production costsSupport the commercial team with tender submissions and contract negotiationsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options Skills and Experience Estimating experience within construction (timber frame/offsite experience highly desirable)Strong numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret drawings and technical documentsExcellent attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
