We re looking for a motivated and reliable Workshop Operative to join a small team in a busy, hands-on temp to perm role within a welding and fabrication company based near Woodbridge. Key Responsibilities: Assembly of fabricated metalwork Cutting and fitting of insulation material De-greasing and finishing of metalwork Quality checking of completed items Manual lifting and general workshop duties as required What we offer: Full training no prior experience needed although experience of manual handling and working in an industrial environment preferred Supportive team environment Practical, varied tasks each day 39 hours per week over 4.5 days (early finish on Friday).
