**Level 3 Teaching Assistant - SEND & Inclusion Support**

Aspire People are recruiting a compassionate and experienced **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to support pupils with **additional needs** within a primary school setting.

This role involves supporting pupils across the classroom, with a focus on **inclusive practice**, ensuring all learners can access education and feel supported.

**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils with SEND within the classroom environment
* Delivering small group interventions and adapted learning activities
* Providing some targeted 1:1 support where required
* Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
* Encouraging independence and confidence in pupils

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, etc.)
* Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Passion for inclusive education
