Are you interested to start a new challenge supporting a brokerage team? Our client, globally known investment advisor is on the look-out for a French speaking Graduate Financial Associate in London. You will help the team reach their ambitious goals by coordinating with internal departments, preparing on-boarding-paperwork, helping create sales deliverables, and building new processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support with operational requests (portfolio recommendations, system updates, documentation)
• Ensure appropriate documentation from clients
• Partner with the insurance company to complete administrative and operational requests for clients
• Perform ad-hoc projects and brainstorm process improvements to support a growing department

Profile:

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Degree and/or experience in financial or banking industry
• Very organised and excellent administrative skills with high attention to detail
• Eager to work in an autonomous environment to support client needs
