Affinity Workforce Solutions are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils and students with additional learning needs, starting ASAP. You will work either on a 1:1 basis or within the classroom, supporting a range of year groups. As a teaching assistant, you will be involved in running activities with the pupils, in and outside the classroom, as well as ensuring appropriate support is in place for students.

This will be a highly rewarding role where you''ll help guide and encourage children''s learning alongside dedicated teaching staff. Whether you are just starting out or you are experienced , we want to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced with working with children (not limited to educational settings)
• Experienced with students with SEND and/or additional learning needs
• Have a positive attitude and passion for helping learners
• A valid enhanced DBS check and the right to work in the UK (we are happy to assist with applications for those who do not)
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trust with pupils
