In this role, you will provide essential support to students in the Construction Department who are undertaking their apprenticeships. You will be working closely with students to help them reach their full potential, offering tailored support in both practical and theoretical aspects of their courses. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students in the Construction Department. Assist students with their apprenticeship coursework, practical assignments, and assessments. Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. Help students overcome any learning barriers they may face. Work closely with teaching staff to monitor student progress and provide feedback. Support students with personal and academic development as required.
