HEAD OF SALES FIRE and SECURITY PRODUCTS NORTH ENGLAND / SCOTLAND PERMANENT - £65,000 - £80,000 + BONUS + CAR / CAR ALLOWANCE Ceto Talent are currently supporting a global powerhouse of an engineering company with the recruitment of a Head of Sales, within their building technology department with a particular focus on Fire and Security products. This is a permanent position that will see you leading a sales team based in the North of England and Scotland, with some reach into the Midlands. About you: You will have experience of working within fire and security products as a sales leader . You will have demonstrable experience of leading other sales professionals. Your experience will have covered sales strategies, implementation of territories, development of sales plans and new business development. Experience of monitoring of activity using CRM and IT, to ensure the team remains focused and documenting activity. You will need to hold a full driving licence for this position, as it will require travel in the area. You will be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis. What you will be doing: This position will be focusing on sales for Smart Building Technologies for fire and security for clients across the North of England Scotland.
