Rapidly respond to machinery breakdowns and failures to ensure minimum disruption to production. Provide hands-on repairs and adjustments on a range of machinery, including conveyors, packing equipment, wrappers and other critical food production systems. Work closely with the production and engineering teams to identify improvement opportunities. Conduct routine safety checks, report hazards, and ensure safe working practices are always followed. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts usage.Qualifications and Skills: Strong electrical and mechanical background in a similar fast-paced manufacturing environment.
