MMP Consultancy are seeking general repairs Building Surveyors for a social housing organisation in South London. Interim contracts paying 300 per day Inside IR35. Title: Building Surveyor Contract: Rolling 3 month contract Location: South London Hybrid: On site and in office with WFH on occasionKey Duties:Conducting thorough property inspections to identify and assess repair needs, including but not limited to:Structural issues: Cracks, dampness, leaksPlumbing and electrical problemsFaulty wiring, Roofing defects missing tilesMould and damp: Identifying sources and assessing severity Preparing detailed and accurate survey reports, including photographs and supporting documentationGeneral adhoc repairsProviding expert advice and recommendations for repairs and remedial works Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project deliveryAdhering to relevant building regulations and industry best practice. ..... full job details .....
