Head Pastry Chef (4 days a week)

We are recruiting a Head Pastry chef for our client''s Michelin listed Restaurant in Central London.Prior high end Head Pastry Chef experience is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Presentation and Decoration: Ensuring the aesthetic appeal of desserts and pastries through various decorating techniques and presentation styles.Inventory and Ordering: Managing ingredient levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a budget for the pastry section.Team Management:
Train, supervise, and mentor junior chefs or kitchen staff within the pastry section.Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.Benefits:Up to £50,000 per annum4 days a week workDiscounted gym membershipSeason ticket loan30 days annual holidays
