German Teacher First For Education are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Wolverhampton to recruit a passionate and committed German Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive Modern Foreign Languages department and inspire students to develop confidence and fluency in German. This role is for 5 days a week with an immediate start. We welcome applications from experienced teachers and ECTs with a genuine enthusiasm for languages. QTS is essential The Role Deliver engaging German lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 Plan, prepare and assess work in line with the national curriculum Differentiate lessons to meet a range of abilities Promote a love of languages and cultural awareness Monitor and track student progress Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom practice The Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Specialism in German (ability to teach a second language desirable but not essential) Strong subject knowledge and passion for languages Excellent classroom management skills A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Why work with First For Education?
