We are working with an established provider in the children s residential sector who are looking for a confident, people first mindset, manager to take on one of their homes in London. The role You will be responsible for the overall running of the home, including: • Leading and developing your team • Creating a safe, stable and structured environment • Supporting young people with complex needs • Managing safeguarding, compliance and regulatory requirements • Driving standards and preparing for inspection • Working with external professionals and stakeholders This is a role where you are fully accountable for the home, not just overseeing it.
