Delta Mobrey Ltd is a design engineering and manufacturing company providing products to support the nuclear power, oil and gas, mining, energy and marine industries. We are recruiting for a Director of Engineering who will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer.Responsibilities

Propose and deploy the Engineering strategyDevelop supporting processes and systemsManage Engineering teams across our 3 engineering sites (UK, Bulgaria, Malaysia)Develop adequate skillsEnsure performance of the engineering department deliverables (On-Time, Quality, Cost)As the Company achieves its growth objectives, this role will evolve.Our offer
