Building effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders from all departments, ensuring strong bonds with operational colleagues and supporting them where possible. Monitoring performance of site to ensure that everything is always operating effectively. You understand terms such as availability and performance, and utilising various means to measure these. Being proactive and dynamic with timekeeping, ensuring that you give the best value to the customer within working time. You actively look for ways to be supportive and continuously Improve as a business. Create documentation for learnings for major breakdowns/outages, using root cause analysis methods and best practice approaches.
