Your role and responsibilities: Work closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to implement behaviour support plans. De-escalator, Prevent and Support students in regulating emotions Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioural needs. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the school setting. Non-negotiables: Proven experience working with children A minimum of 6 months UK based experience Good understanding of SEMH Resilient, Reliable and Engaging Individual Why choose Milk?
