Your work is crucial to our mission of delivering innovative financial products that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Together, we will transform ideas into impactful, tradable products that set new standards in the industry.Job Responsibilities:Design and implement new investment strategies across all asset classes for the US marketCollaborate with research, trading, and sales teams to develop innovative financial solutionsStay informed on investment themes and academic research in the quantitative investment spacePartner with regional structuring teams to market content and originate trades for US clientsTransform concepts into tradable products, balancing requirements from various stakeholdersSupport the execution of transactions linked to our indicesEngage in dialogue with sales and clients to understand and meet their needsLead the team in adapting strategies to align with market trends and client demandsEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in product developmentDrive the origination and execution of quantitative investment strategy tradesFoster a collaborative and inclusive team environmentRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Extensive experience in product design and origination of quantitative investment strategy trades for US clientsProven track record of success with US clientsStrong quantitative skills and intellectual curiosityAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsBachelor''s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or SciencePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Master''s degree in a relevant quantitative disciplineExperience in leading cross-functional teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to innovate and drive strategic initiativesFamiliarity with legal and regulatory aspects of financial product developmentCommitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplaceThis role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity.
