Position: Site Manager Location: Newcastle Start Date: 8th September 2025 Duration: Approximately 14 weeks Rate: Negotiable We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of works on a large industrial unit in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring that the project is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Management of internal demolition works. Coordination of overcladding activities. Oversight of PV panel installation. Supervision of minor interior works. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress. Requirements: Valid SMSTS certification. Valid First Aid qualification. Proven experience managing industrial construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
