Are you a detail-oriented compliance professional with a passion for risk management and regulatory excellence? We''re working with a well-established, independent insurance brokerage that is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead and evolve its compliance function.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role within a growing and ambitious business. You''ll be responsible for ensuring the company remains fully compliant with FCA regulations and internal policies, while also helping to shape a culture of integrity and accountability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance, including FCA requirements, GDPR, and internal governance.
• Maintain and develop the compliance monitoring plan and risk register.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership and operational teams.
• Lead on internal audits, regulatory reporting, and file reviews.
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of new requirements.
• Support training and development initiatives to embed compliance awareness across the business.

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience in a compliance role within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. ICA, CII) are desirable but not essential.
