Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and dismantle audio, lighting, staging, and rigging equipment for live events Work collaboratively with the technical team and event organisers to meet client requirements Conduct pre-event checks and troubleshoot technical issues on-site Ensure all equipment is safely rigged and in compliance with health and safety standards Maintain and organise AV gear, reporting any faults or necessary repairs Requirements: Proven practical experience in sound, lighting, staging, or rigging Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Good communication and teamwork abilities Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours as needed Full UK driving licence Is essential. ..... full job details .....
