The Senior Mechanical Estimator job itself where you will be tendering for projects across the healthcare, industrial and commercial sectors and will be a key member of the Estimating team and will be a leading member of the team, mentoring another Estimator. More specifically:

• Estimating and pricing projects up to the value of £10M – ideally you will have experience of tendering for projects valued £2M+
• Working within a close-knit team, mentoring and managing another Mechanical Estimator
• Pricing all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework
• Working on highly respected projects across sectors including Commercial & Industrial
• Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

You will have

To be successful as a Senior Mechanical Estimator, you will have experience within the Building Services Sector as a Senior Mechanical Estimator, Lead Mechanical Estimator or Mechanical Estimator wanting to take a step up.

Furthermore, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
