About the Role This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of programmes. You will: Lead and support Programme Managers and delivery teams. Ensure projects meet funder requirements, deliver outcomes, and demonstrate impact. Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and impact reporting systems. Manage budgets and contracts, ensuring compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, and health and safety. Build strong partnerships with public sector bodies, funders, and community organisations.
