Location: Coventry
Salary: Up to -37,000 + Benefits
Permanent - 5 days office based.

Our client, a growing UK-wide business, is looking for an Operations Administrator to play a central role in managing fleet operations, insurance processes, and compliance administration. As the business expands, this position will evolve-offering the opportunity to shape processes, drive improvements, and support operational excellence.
What You''ll Be Doing
You''ll be at the heart of the operational engine, ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. Your responsibilities will include:
Fleet Operations Management
- Oversee a growing fleet (currently 100+ vehicles, increasing) managed mainly via external lease and hire contracts.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries, maintenance, servicing, insurance, and incident resolution.
Insurance & Asset Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact between insurance brokers, operations directors, and teams for all vehicle and high-value equipment claims.
- Manage claim documentation and drive prompt resolution.
- Support the procurement of replacement assets when required.
Expense & Administration Oversight
- Verify expenses in line with company policy via the automated system (currently transitioning to an outsourced provider).
- Provide administrative support across departments and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
Health, Safety & Compliance Tracking
- Maintain oversight of ISO-related documentation and compliance checks across UK sites (ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO45001, PAS128-no formal ISO qualifications required).
- Track safety inspections, insurance renewals, and maintenance certifications.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a central contact for operations teams, insurers, suppliers, and third-party providers.
- Facilitate coordination across functions to maintain operational and regulatory standards.

- Salary: Up to -37,000 per annum

Working Hours & Location
- 40 hours per week, flexible between 7:30am - 7:30pm
- Typical patterns: 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:00pm
- Fully office-based, with occasional work-from-home flexibility
