Oversee the operational and structural integrity of a multi-purpose venue near Reading.
Ensure the smooth running of all on-site facilities, maintain technical systems and building services.
Lead a small team of technicians and contractors.
Ensure the environment is safe, functional, and well-maintained for all users.
Take ownership of Fire Risk Assessments.
Qualifications and Requirements
