This is a contractor position with significant responsibility, including leading medium- and large-scale projects, mentoring junior engineers and maintaining direct relationships with clients.What You Will DoLead FE analysis activities on transmission, driveline, suspension and chassis programmesBuild, run and interrogate high-fidelity finite element models (linear and non-linear, static and dynamic)Create and refine detailed assembly models incorporating realistic joints, interfaces, preloads and measured load dataPerform structural, stiffness, strength, fatigue, durability, modal, NVH and related analysesDevelop and optimise component and system concepts using a CAE-led ..... full job details .....
