The role: Reporting in to the Technical Manager, the purpose of the role will be to support the technical categories in delivering food technology requirements of the company, ensuring enquiries and complaints are dealt with efficiently and work with the rest of the business to facilitate efficient and effective achievement of company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Development of the quality attribute sheet for customer launches. Precise completion of customer specs or NPD specs, making sure databases and spec documents are completed. Completing our customers KPIs monthly and monitoring documents across all food categories. Help provide technical support to relevant technical categories, input on products, to inform Sales, procurement and external customers. Ensure that all customer complaints and enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively by liaising with colleagues, customers and our suppliers.
